Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original packaging and were purchased within the last 60 days; please note that patterns and digital downloads are non-refundable.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products along with a copy of your original packing slip, clearly marking the items you are returning and the reason for the return.

  Ship the Package

  Affix a shipping label to your package and send it via your preferred carrier to our distribution center; we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically appearing within 7-10 business days.
